Everything on this site is free. What it can’t do is sit with your particular history and help you decide what to actually do next — with options grounded in what I’ve lived, not theory. That’s what mentorship is.

Why work with me

In 2022 I was the one on the table — a widowmaker heart attack, and a type 2 diabetes diagnosis the same day. Six prescriptions, plus insulin. I’d spent a 25-year career in healthcare IT and diagnostic imaging looking at other people’s data; suddenly it was mine.

So I did what I knew how to do: I tracked, I experimented, I adjusted — and I built a system out of it. No more medication. No more diabetes. Every metabolic marker back in range. Nutrition & blood sugar

Not a diet — making sense of how food actually moves your numbers. Reversing a prediabetes flag, getting your head around fasting, or building something you can live with. This is the pillar that turned my own A1c around.

Stress

The first domino — and the one most people are quietly stuck on without realizing it. Chronic stress blocks everything else; for me it was the hardest thing to face honestly, so I know what it takes.

Sleep

The foundation the other four are built on. Your body does its repair work here — get this wrong and every other change fights uphill. We figure out what restorative actually looks like for you.

Movement

Not punishment, not performance. The right type and timing for where you are right now — not where some program says you should be. Where to start, and how to build from your real baseline.

Supplementation

I've spent years working out what actually moves the needle for my own metabolic health — and what's just noise. I can help you make sense of what's worth it for you, including what your medications may be quietly depleting. Support, not a prescription.

How mentorship works

It starts with a $75, 30-minute consultation — a focused first conversation, by video call, to understand your situation and whether we’re a fit. If we keep going, ongoing mentorship is built around how much contact you actually want.

Async check-ins

Message me as things come up — by WhatsApp or email — on your own schedule. No standing appointment.

Periodic 1:1 calls

A standing voice or video call at a steady cadence to review where you are and adjust the plan.

Higher-touch access

Closer support through a bigger change — more frequent calls and quicker replies when you need them.
