How we decide what to publish, how we source it, and what we promise our readers.
Independence
LifeLedgerX is independently funded. We do not accept paid placement, sponsored content, or advertising. No company, supplement maker, or service provider influences what we publish.
Sources
We cite peer-reviewed research and primary clinical sources wherever evidence supports a claim. We do not cite blogs or aggregators as sources of fact. When the science is uncertain, we say so.
Author voice
Most content here is written by Foster Carr, founder. Foster writes from lived experience, not medical credentials. Where we publish guest contributors, we name them explicitly in the byline and disclose the relationship.
AI use
We use language models as drafting tools for some content production, always with editorial review by Foster before publication. No content is published without human authorship and approval. We do not present AI-generated text as if it were independent reporting.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, contact us via the form on /about. Verified corrections are made inline with a note at the bottom of the article describing what changed and when.
