Foster founded LifeLedgerX after a 2022 heart attack and same-day type 2 diabetes diagnosis forced a complete reckoning with the standard healthcare playbook. Over the next four years he reversed the diabetes, came off every medication, and rebuilt his metabolic health from scratch — one variable at a time.
